Locker are specialists in the manufacture of woven wire mesh filters and screens for a wide variety of industrial clients and applications.

Single Screen Filters Often used in the plastic recamation industry, possibly with a Dutch Weave filter used with a plain weave support filter.	Spot Welded Packs Excellent in any field where a specific graduated filtration is required.	Rim packs Spot-welded packs with an Aluminium or Stainless steel rim added for extra rigidity and strength.

The majority of standard woven wire disc sizes used in plastic extrusion and filtration processes are available from existing tooling. These diameters can be supplied in all of our Standard Stock Specifications as well as the range of Dutch Weaves.

As well as standard disc sizes, our specialist expertise in custom woven wire mesh filter design and fabrication means we can provide customers with purpose-made filters, pressings and filter elements in any shape or design to your exact specification, including filters incorporating turned or shaped metal components.

Filter tubes, bound multi-layer disc packs and other custom made parts can be manufactured to order. Extruder screens, disc packs and spinneret filters can be supplied as separate components or combined in varying meshes, spot welded together or bound with aluminium, stainless steel or copper rims to form multi-layer screen packs and spinneret filters.
